Terms of Sale
All Sales at Pouches by Page are considered custom orders. In order to get your custom pouch to you as quickly as possible, we begin production as soon as we receive your order. Carefully review the items in your shopping cart prior to ordering. Once an order is placed, no modifications or cancellations may be made.
In order to keep our transaction records clean, we do not offer exchanges; only purchases and returns. You may return your custom pouch for a 50% refund, less original shipping charges.
If you wish to return your custom pouch, please contact us via email: orders@pouchesbypage.com within 14 days of receiving merchandise and include your order number in the correspondence. Please reduce waste by returning the pouch in its original shipping envelope. Customer is responsible for emailing Pouches by Page with a tracking number for the returned parcel. We will inspect and process your return. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt. Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
